As CEO of the IITD, Sinead Heneghan is one of the leading authorities on Learning & Development and will take a critical look at how Ireland is currently performing on innovation. This Cardiac First Response – Community Level course was developed by PHECC, the Pre- Hospital Emergency Care Council, as a national standard for anyone who has to deal with a heart attack, stroke or choking.
