This is a practical 2-day programme designed for Supervisors, Managers, Team Leaders and workplace trainers who need to develop the skills to train others effectively. The course includes practical trainer exercises and the delivery of a workplace training session to build confidence and competence as an effective trainer. Participants learn how to plan, deliver and evaluate engaging training sessions, improve communication and presentation skills, and provide constructive feedback.
