COURSE OBJECTIVES

Finding the right person for the right job can be a difficult and frustrating task. Those who hold responsibility for the selection and recruitment of personnel know that the success of a team relies on the quality of the members. This 1-Day programme provides a systematic approach in preparing for interviews from the recruitment process to a job offer. Participants will have enhanced skills and practice in developing effective questions and learn techniques in maximising the actual interview process in leading to the selection of the Right Fit candidate. Communication skills are emphasised including NLP (Neurolinguistics programming). This interactive programme gives participants opportunities to review CVs for competency-based and develop effective questioning techniques. Through an actual interview role-play, participants, gain valuable feedback and insights to increase their skills and confidence in the interview process thereby adding value to their organisations in selecting the right candidate for the job.
