HOMESEEKERs is a Property Management service aimed at Investors, Second Home Owners, First Time lettings etc. We look after various types of property from apartments and townhouses to semi-detached, detached and family homes all within a 10 miles radius of Galway City.

 

 

Our full management service includes:

·        Place the necessary adds in the local newspapers, on our internal listing and company website.

·        Arrange viewings of the property to prospective tenants

·        Draft a Lease Agreement for tenancy

·        Complete an inventory of contents of house

·        Collection of rent on a calendar monthly basis

·        Deal with any day to day management and maintenance of property
